What Do We Believe?
Bethshean has a diverse population, and freedom to practice ones religion is held sacrosanct. The separation of church and state is maintained, how shall we say, religiously. There is no religious tradition that is officially sanctioned. And the code of conduct stipulates that no law may be enacted considering any religious position. Laws must be formed from a position of rights, and protections, not religious beliefs.
That said, religion is important to the members of the community. Most residents believe that the rights of man flow from the creator. Moreover, we believe that a religious population makes a responsible and morally strong population.
The only churches with an organized presence in Bethshean at this time are; The Church of the Nighthunter, and the Stephen Lutheran Mission.
